At present, the project has passed the EIA and will be put into production.

The origin of the project:

Tianjin Lifeng Paper Co., Ltd. is located at No. 24, Anxing Road, Jingwu Town Industrial Zone, Xiqing District, Tianjin. It was built in 2008 and has a total area of 20,000 m2. It is mainly engaged in the processing of corrugated cardboard. Two corrugated paper production lines, mainly producing corrugated cardboard, with an annual output of 1,500 tons of cardboard.

In March 2008, the company built “Tianjin Lifeng Paper Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 1,500 tons of paper products project”. On March 25, 2008, it passed the approval of Tianjin Xiqing District Environmental Protection Bureau, and approved the document number. For: Jinxi Environmental Protection License Form [2008] No. 48 (see attachment), and self-acceptance inspection on June 24, 2018, and obtained acceptance advice.

According to the Environmental Impact Report Form of Tianjin Lifeng Paper Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 1,500 tons of paper products, the company has a boiler room with a 6t/h coal-fired boiler to provide heat source for the production of corrugated paper in the workshop. The coal-fired boiler exhaust gas is discharged by a 35m high exhaust pipe after desulfurization and dust removal by multi-tube dust removal + wet desulfurization system.

In order to beautify the environment and build a beautiful Tianjin, the company plans to dismantle a 6t/h coal-fired steam boiler approved by the original environmental assessment and its supporting 35m high exhaust pipe, adding a new 4t/h gas steam boiler, 2 sets of 2t/h Gas steam boiler.

A new 4t/h gas-fired steam boiler has been added, which has been independently listed. In July 2016, the company built the “Tianjin Lifeng Paper Co., Ltd. coal-to-combustion project” and acquired Tianjin on August 22, 2016. The approval of the administrative and approval bureau of Xiqing District of the city, the approval number is: Jinxi audit ring permit table [2016] No. 84), and on June 24, 2018, the self-acceptance was carried out and the acceptance opinion was obtained.

In order to meet the development needs of the company itself, the company plans to invest 15 million yuan to build “Tianjin Lifeng Paper Co., Ltd. expansion project” (hereinafter referred to as “the project”) in the existing leased factory building. Land, no new buildings, the main construction content is to use the existing boiler room, adding two 2t / h gas boilers, the boiler is mainly used for corrugated paper production, and added a corrugated paper in the existing corrugated paper production plant production line. After the completion of the project, an annual output of 2000 tons of cardboard will be added. After the completion of the project, the whole plant will produce 3,500 tons of cardboard per year.
