It is a four-piece canister structure. The diameter of the lid is larger than the body of the canister and is set on the canister. The top of the canister is crimped on the outside of the mouth.

The top and bottom round paper gaskets are heat-sealed and fused to the lid and body. Once the product is inside,

the lid sheet is heat-sealed and fused to the outer rolled edge port of the canister body. Different color printed labels are designed to give different visual impressions of the product.

This kind of structure has excellent sealing, generally the paper tube and paper cover material with special lamination paper material.

Widely used with puffed food and food packaging that requires more stringent moisture-proof.

What is your MOQ for printed tubes?

Due to the set-up time and costs involved the minimum order quantity for printed tubes is 1000 per size.

What is the lead time for printed tubes?

The normal lead time for printed tubes is around 5 weeks from approval of print proof, this estimate can vary based on the time of year and the print specification. Let us know if you have a specific delivery date and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Where are your tubes manufactured?

All our manufacturing takes place at our custom built, 50,000 square foot factory in Birmingham, the heart of the Midlands.

What information do I need to give you to get a quote?

The minimum information we need to prepare a quotation is the quantity, tube height, tube diameter, delivery area, and your artwork specification if the tube is to be printed. If you’re unsure about any of these details, contact our Sales team who will be happy to help you out.
