The outer paper tube is divided into a tube cover and a tube body. The liner paper tube is inserted and bonded to the tube body, and is used to connect the tube cover and the tube body. Both the canister lid and the canister bottom are sealed with a metal tinplate lid. By designing different color printing label patterns and colors, the products can present different visual impressions. The metal iron cover can also show golden or multi-color printing as a standard part. This kind of structure has better sealing performance. If the inner layer of the paper tube is provided with moisture-proof aluminum film, it can improve the fresh-keeping period of the internal product. Suitable for long-term storage.

What is your MOQ for printed tubes?

Due to the set-up time and costs involved the minimum order quantity for printed tubes is 1000 per size.

What is the lead time for printed tubes?

The normal lead time for printed tubes is around 5 weeks from approval of print proof, this estimate can vary based on the time of year and the print specification. Let us know if you have a specific delivery date and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Where are your tubes manufactured?

All our manufacturing takes place at our custom built, 50,000 square foot factory in Birmingham, the heart of the Midlands.

What information do I need to give you to get a quote?

The minimum information we need to prepare a quotation is the quantity, tube height, tube diameter, delivery area, and your artwork specification if the tube is to be printed. If you’re unsure about any of these details, contact our Sales team who will be happy to help you out.
